No fees until we are confident the job can be done
Engaging a buyers agent almost always requires an upfront fee for research to find out if a job is achievable.
In almost every case, this fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. This means that even if your goals are unachievable, you still have to pay your buyers agent for figuring this out.
We believe that our clients should only pay for results. So, we do this initial work (about 6-7 hours worth) for free.
